Come with us to Mission CentralThe second Tuesday of each month we load up the church van and head up I 83 to Mission Central in Mechanicsburg. We’re prepared to do whatever needs attention that day: sort clothing, verify health and school kits, shrink wrap the pallets of boxes, load or unload a truck, sweep the floor, clean the kitchen. There is something for all interests and physical abilities. But, only after we have our coffee, tea and doughnuts.The van departs the back parking lot off Maple Street of Bethlehem UMC promptly at 7:30 am and picks up the York group at Infinitos Restaurant off S. Queen Street at 7:45 am. We’re at Mission Central by 8:30 and back in York and Dallastown by 3 p.m. Contact Terry Tyson (terger@comcast.net) or Judy Rife (judyrife1@comcast.net) to reserve your van seat.
